Our staff at
Happy Days Childcare work closely with the local schools so
that your child's transition and learning is in line with what
they will expect when they move onto the next stage in their
education this was one of the key points mentioned in our resent ofsted.::: find out about our introduction to school |

All staff, including a professional teacher
are either fully qualified or completing their training, and we regularly
attend refresher courses run by the local education authority (please
ask to see our Staff Qualifications leaflet for current staff status).
The staffing ratio is always
adhered to for each session and there is always a back-up of staff in
case of staff sickness.
We also encourage a rota system where
parent/carers can come in and stay for a sessions. |
