The welfare
of your child is of paramount importance. Happy Days Childcare
Staff should be advised if a different adult than usual will be collecting
your child – a record has to be signed by parents to say who
will be collecting their child if they are unable to do so.
Staff should also be made
aware if a parent/guardian/carer is going to be late for any reason so
that arrangements can be made for the appropriate staff to be available
to wait with your chid.
Happy Days Childcare has a duty to protect the children in our
care, and if we suspect any form of abuse we will act within the guidelines
of the Data Protection Act.
Likewise, should an allegation of this nature be made
against a member of staff, this will be taken very seriously and the
appropriate steps will be taken. |
