Learning
to appreciate the wonders of the world and our reasons for talking
and thinking about these wonders are of paramount importance in this
day and age.
At Happy Days Childcare
we
use magnets and magnifying boxes to explore things found in our garden
and there are also bird boxes and birdfeeders where we can watch all
the different visitors.
We can develop the minds of our children by planting seeds in our garden and
watching them grow.
Stories of animals in different parts of the world
are always favourites with small children.
We talk about families, past and present
events in their lives and look closely at similarities, differences, patterns
and change. |
