When you enrol your child with Happy Days Childcare, you must complete either a 0-2 years or 2-5 years Registration Form, which informs us about your individual child and their current development. 

Due to the governing standards that we adhere to, there are a lot of procedures that require the signature of parents/ guardians/ carers.  We endeavour to keep you fully informed of these procedures and hope you will be understanding of the required forms/signatures requested.
