When you enrol your child with Happy Days Childcare, a completed
Registration Form must be submitted which informs us about your individual
child and their current development.
Due to the governing standards that we adhere to, there are a lot
of procedures that require the signature of parents/ guardians/ carers. We
endeavour to keep you fully informed of these procedures and hope
you will be understanding of the required forms/signatures requested.
Please
Note: It would be appreciated that in instances when your
child is ill the night previous to attending playgroup, please do
not attend the following day to minimise the risk of infection. This
is also relevant when your child has symptoms of conjunctivitis,
ie sticky eyes |
